Mark Rennie is the Manager of the Patient Assistance Center at Mangrove Management Partners.
Prior to joining Mangrove, Mr. Rennie worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA for close to 9 years holding multiple positions in his time there. Most recently as the Medicare Manager of Pharmacy Operations where he co-led a high-volume inbound call center and managed a team of Medicare analysts. As part of the Pharmacy Operations leadership team, the call center service levels were improved to the highest in the department’s history.
Mr. Rennie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Bridgewater State University.
